With bodies built from salvaged timber and heads, necks, and tails cut from raw iron sheet, these sculptures are a masterful marriage of two lives — the wood's past and the artisan's present.

The horse body is assembled from horizontal strips of reclaimed wood planks, each plank retaining its original layers of paint — turquoise, sage green, copper, cream, and warm timber brown — creating a richly textured, striped surface that is visually stunning from every angle. The iron silhouette head, neck, and tail are raw and darkened, giving each horse a bold, graphic contrast against the colorful wood body.
